I could care less about shooting. Banks are not a safe place to keep money. Certain hard assets are a better store of value than any currency. There are always certain items that increase in value even when they are bought new. I am guessing that certain firearms fall in that category.
Governments around the world, including the United States, have destroyed their economies. Promises by governments to guarantee bank deposits are useless. Your government is in worse financial condition than you are. That applies regardless of where on the globe you make your residence.
