With Obamacare Democrats did not get socialized medicine. Democrats got a more corrupt healthcare system which features increased pricing power by providers and others with political power. Democrats got universal health insurance which is different from government than all people getting quality healthcare. Democrats support every word that comes out of Obama’s mouth. So what you get is a president who follows the model introduced by Ronald Reagan and followed by succeeding Republican presidents. Republicans pretend to be conservative while using government to rig market and transfer wealth to the rich. Democrats pretend to be liberal while using government to r rig markets and transfer wealth to the rich.
Both parties have their rank and file to support them no matter what. Both parties make decisions at the top and use all others like soldiers.
