Representation In Congress

I am on record as saying citizens in the U.S. have no representation in congress That has changed.
Ted Cruz is representing the Texans who elected him. He is participating in the Senate in exactly the way he promised. Cruz is hated by most of the country and by many of his constituents in Texas. That is to be expected.
I did not vote for Cruz because he is a Republican. After TARP of 2008, following many decades of Republican presidents normalizing central economic planning and transferring wealth and income to the top of the ladder, I made a vow to never vote Republican again as long as I live. That vow is still in effect.
Today, Texas has one senator who is representing his constituents. To my knowledge, all others are representing Washington intellectuals and large campaign contributors.
