Warren Buffet wants to increase taxes on billionaires for the wrong reason. Buffet would like to fund government at its present level because he believes in big government. Here is the right reason. Billionaires use government to define and manage their markets. Because billionaires benefit so much from big government, they are largely responsible for its growth. Of course, their taxes should be raised but not for the reasons Buffet gives.
