That allows businesses to charge more than a free market would justify. Tax businesses on the excess profits made at the poor’s expense. There it is. They are taxed and don’t even know it. You can say the poor pay no taxes and get away with it.
There is no need to teach that to congress. They already know and have been doing it for years.
